①Face wash
We will check the condition of your skin at the time of the examination, so please come without makeup or remove makeup first.
Cleansing products, face wash, turbans, hair ties, etc. are available in the powder room.
②Counseling/examination
We will carefully explain the treatment contents, effects, side effects, and things to be aware of.
Feel free to ask any questions or concerns.
③Treatment (30 min to 1 hour)
I will apply gel and irradiate.
The UTIMS used in ansR is almost painless, but if the pain is severe, we will adjust the power.

④Aftercare & make-up
After treatment, moisturise well and perform aftercare. Makeup can be applied immediately afterwards.

Precautions before operation
- Please finish eating 1 hour before. (* This is a preparation to smoothly break down the fat melted by HIFU and maximize its effect.)
- If you have excessive sunburn, dryness, injury or rough skin, please let us know in advance.
Please allow 2 weeks before or after you receive a sunburn at the sea or a blemish-removing laser.
Precautions after treatment
- Please refrain from stimulating massages such as facials and scrubs. It puts strain on the muscle fibers.
- Avoid strenuous exercise and saunas. (If blood circulation improves, the treated area may swell or become red.)
- Refrain from eating or drinking alcohol for 1-2 hours. (After HIFU, the liver is working to break down the melted fat, and if you take it in this state, you may not be able to break down the fat well.)
- We recommend staying hydrated and moisturized. (Hydration is essential in order to decompose and excrete the melted fat after HIFU!)
